These envelopes were very easy to use but would have preferred a smaller size. My invitations are generally a 5x7 fold-over type so I had to make a few modifications on them in order to use the larger size envelope.

Staples White Easy Close Invitation Envelopes 100/Box are perfect for the many half sheet size birthday shower anniversary cards I make. I prefer the white to the multi-color simply because they are more all purpose. The paper of these Easy Close Invitation Envelopes is of the quality that the writing does not show through from the printing. That is very important in my work. I have found that this size also works for formal invitations though in that case I would likely opt for the Ivory color.

purchased the product for its size. needed larger than greeting card size to accommodate cards in envelopes returned as undeliverable. this product served that purpose. additionally the "easy close" feature is indeed easy to use.

Easy close envelopes

I recently needed to send out invitations and had to buy a specific size envelope to fit the invitations. Turned out it the invitation would fit into a pretty standard greeting card size envelope. Found a box of 100 envelopes at Staples. I was impressed with how "white" the envelopes were instead of a muddy looking white. Looked nice with the invitations. One of the best things too was that it had this strip at the top......just peeled it off and it the adhesive stuck great! Very pleased with this product.

I am pleased with the envelopes but the service I received in the Staples store was worse than horrible! I paid with a $5 rewards and a $50 rewards. They took the entire $55 for about a $17 purchase and did not give me back a certificate or anything for the difference!!! I was told it was printed on the bottom of the receipt. I was in a hurry because I had come with a friend and she was ready to go. I didn't look at the receipt in the store. When I got home and realized I had NOTHING for the balance on my rewards. It was after store hours so I waited until the next day and went back to the store. I asked that they check for my rewards from the day before and was told that "those things are thrown in the trash at the end of each day"...She did however assure me that I would be mailed the balance of my rewards. That didn't happen. I am not happy!!!

I use these envelopes all the time as I make my own birthday sympathy graduation cards. I use them al the time and they are reasonably priced to it is not to much for our budget. I recommend these for anyone who makes cards at anytime and they come in several colors. I usually use the white ones.
