These were purchased in the store at Heath OH. I was charged 19.99 not 9.99 as stated in this review. I wanted the smaller colored size but they were marked 14.99 not the 10.49 that I paid online. Why are your in store so much higher? Please reply by email. Thank you alphakblack@hotmail.com
