I am pleased with the envelopes but the service I received in the Staples store was worse than horrible! I paid with a $5 rewards and a $50 rewards. They took the entire $55 for about a $17 purchase and did not give me back a certificate or anything for the difference!!! I was told it was printed on the bottom of the receipt. I was in a hurry because I had come with a friend and she was ready to go. I didn't look at the receipt in the store. When I got home and realized I had NOTHING for the balance on my rewards. It was after store hours so I waited until the next day and went back to the store. I asked that they check for my rewards from the day before and was told that "those things are thrown in the trash at the end of each day"...She did however assure me that I would be mailed the balance of my rewards. That didn't happen. I am not happy!!!
