The mat seems to work great on the carpet. I am quite annoyed that a sticker was placed on it for shipping which is difficult to remove.

The mat still slides on the carpet. After a little while chair sinks into mat making it a little difficult to move. The mat needs to be thinker and the cleats need to be longer. Doesn't make sense the cleats are the same as the ones on the medium pile mat. Should return it but will keep it. It took so long to get it that I rather just live with it for now. Wouldn't recommend. For high pile carpets at least. Maybe on low pile might work better.

It sounds funny to say but I love this chair mat! It is very thick and high quality. I have had issues in the past with thin chair mats not lasting very long but the material of this mat is very high quality and seems very durable. I have low pile carpet and this mat still works great for my office. Highly recommend!

I wish it’s a little bit thicker because it still dented with my office chair. Eventually it will cracked and fall a part. Especially in the Winter when it’s cold it’s getting harder and easy to get cracked.

It was several days late - probably because it was on the ground in the distribution center being run over. It didn’t have any outer packaging plastic or anything on it. Black marks and scratches all over. We cleaned it up best we could but it’s still all marked up. I’m an average size person and it leaves big dents - so the chair gets stuck. Definitely not worth the money and not worth the hassle to return. Very unhappy with this purchase.
