Doesn't stay glued on bottom

I use these envelopes for my business mailings several times a week and I've discovered that unless I tape the bottom end that should have already been glued at the factory it pops open during shipping. I had three customer complaints since I began using these envelopes. So now I have to spend money on taping the end before I ship. Not an economical way to run a business.
