The tissues are difficult to pull out and often it ends with a lot of ripped tissues or extra tissue coming out which is a waste. Otherwise the tissues were soft and nice to use

Tissues are too tightly wound. It’s difficult to pull out and usually end up shredded. Perhaps the bottom of the box will be looser. However they are soft.
