Very shiny low on traction

I the mighty Lord Farnakon have purchased these "Staples® Jumbo Paper Clips Nonskid by Staples" to aid in my quest for galaxy domination. Take heed puny mortals! Lord Farnakon shall rule with a mighty hand and unwavering cruelty! For centuries my nemesis that meddling space-explorer Captain Oscar Atomic kept me imprisoned in the asteroid belt of the Heng'La system but no more for I have escaped to take my revenge on the infernal captain and his intrepid crew of adventurers. The last laugh shall be mine! Hahahaaaahahaaaaa!The nature of my use for "Staples® Jumbo Paper Clips Nonskid by Staples" is of such clever dastardly secret providence that it cannot be revealed but I shall suffice to say that I was lured into purchasing "Staples® Jumbo Paper Clips Nonskid by Staples" by the claim that "Nonskid finish helps keep clips from sliding off packets." You see my moon-beam destructo-laser has been having certain difficulties staying in place after firing due largely I suppose to its location on the low-gravity outer moon of the planet Sat--No forget about that. Do not repeat what you have learned here to anyone! You are a weak inferior being and Lord Farnakon will crush you like a space-beetle of middle Andromeda! Anyways due to my need for strong adhesive properties I elected to purchase 10 thousand "Staples® Jumbo Paper Clips Nonskid by Staples" to further my brilliant plan. Little did I know that I was to be the victim of overzealous marketing! For the "Staples® Jumbo Paper Clips Nonskid by Staples" have the nonskid coating applied to but one side of the interior of the clips rendering them woefully inadequate for adhesive uses and resulting in near-disaster for Lord Farnakon and several nearby planet systems. Woe unto Staples for releasing an inferior product for they have incurred the wrath of I Lord Farnakon who shall not rest until I have made the leaders of this "Staples" work without rest in my Californium mines until they are nothing more than cancerous shells of their former selves begging to be released! Unless they elect to stand by their "satisfaction guaranteed" pledge and refund my [$]. Then its cool.

The non skid ridges are only on half of the paper clip. They are like regular paper clips Nothing non skid about them. I have had great non skid clips before and these are not them. They are going back

Flimsy But It Works

Non-skid jumbo clips are a simple concept but difficult to find except in large packages. The product quality is somewhat flimsier than expected but it works and I didn't need to buy a five-year supply.

Whomever makes these for you are not making a true nonskid jumbo paperclip. I consider this false advertising an a manufacturer error. These paper clips have a little serrated edge to look like nonskid but they are totally useless to me since I use these on a daily basis to hold items in a manila folder that I give to customers. The grip must be there where they won't fall off these will. ACCO makes the best and if you Mfg. can't match that then you are wasting your time.

Nonskid paper clips are the best! The "slick" finished ones won't hold anything without slipping. Nonskid should be the only type made.

I wanted a paper clip for use in my personal office that would be stable and durable. I found these paper clips to be flimsy. What really got me was that you couldn't buy just one box so I have 1 000 flimsy paper clips. I must say that I haven't found any non-skid clips at any of the other superstores. Why? Don't have a clue. I was in hope that these clips from Staples would be just the item I needed. Wrong!!! Way too flimsy. I now am still looking for a durable and strong non-skid jumbo paper clip.
