The "nonskid" feature on these really does help to grip papers. :)

The clips are ok. The only problem that I have with is that they stick to other pieces of paper. They are very useful. I really love them cause they help separate the papers.

Well what can I say about a paper clip! I just purchased this type of paper clip for the first time. I usually buy with the rubber-like coating on it but to save my company money I chose to purchase without because they are cheaper. I did however purchase the kind with the ridged marks hoping that it would hold the papers better than the smooth. So far I have not been disappointed. They seem to be working just fine. I would probably say that I still prefer the coated paper clips to the non coated but these are doing the job just fine!
