Looks good. Smaller than expected. It says same size but smaller than Costco. Have used for a week. I feel dots on this mat. Could make that thicker.

This chair mat is good quality is a good size and and generally works well but on my carpet (medium pile - nothing unusual) the mat tends to deform under the weight of the wheels. This leaves indentations that keep the chair from rolling smoothly. I would prefer a more-rigid mat.

This mat is so thin the chair it was intended to help wouldn't even roll! Instead - made deep impressions on the carpet surface it was intended to harden for an easier glide. Like a Republican candidate - if I only wanted to look at it - it was fine. But asking it for substance and to do the job it was intended to do - makes no sense whatsoever! It just sat there having taken my money. Shipping was fast - but again a waste of time since product didn't work. Sadly customer service told me no better (thicker) product was available!

Purchased 6 of these for the office staff after the previous ones began crumbling. I wanted something thicker than the previous and they seem to be working very well.
