Chair and pad arrived as promised. Reasonably easy assembly. Chair itself is a bit stiff/firm but that is probably because of newness. Looks good in office. Still getting used to it but overall am very pleased.

Mat doesn't walk

I highly recommend this mat for home or office. This mat doesn't walk it stays put. The teeth/prongs (which keep the mat in place) are not overly sharp like a previous brand I purchased. Rolling chairs glide easily on the mat.

It is very flimsy material. The last one we purchased at Staples several years ago was thicker. Even though this one states “not recommended for deep pile carpets” and ours is low pile as soon as I sat in my office chair the mat had an indent which made it more difficult to roll the chair around as needed.

I bought the chair mat to replace one that was larger and had yellowed over the years. The size is smaller which is fine for the chair that I have. The only complaint I have is that because the mat is slightly thinner than the one I replaced and so the chair wheels leave an indentation on the mat after sitting on it and sometimes a little difficult to move. Otherwise appearance and quality is fine for the price.
