Would recommend this product. It works as intended. My executive chair rolls easily over the mat.

It is to thin for my home office with 5/8"pad and carpet on top of that. It would be great in a commercial office with a concrete floor like in your store.

Tends to slide. Wish they had something n the bottom that would prevent the slide.

The chair gets stuck while rolling even more now than before this mat was installed. I may just omit the chair mat.
