Just placed it on the carpet last week to replace one that I had for many years... This new one is a good size but it looks like it may not be as thick as I would have hoped. On that note I am concerned how long it will last. Just the weight of the chair and not a very heavy chair has caused dents in the mat...let's see what happens when I sit my chair and use the mat.

Seems to dent too easy

The color and fit are good. We have this on medium length carpet with a 5 legged chair with carpet rollers. The users of the chair weigh 130-190 lbs and all leave deep dents in the mat. It seems like it would work better with shorter carpet. I would not buy it again for this length of carpet.

When I asked customer service where the chair mats were she said what size. I told her and she said I have one that size right here behind the desk.. I purchased the one she had and flattened it at home for 2 days and put it at my desk. I think I bought the wrong one because it is very hard to roll my chair. I have to get up to move it. But I used it already so I'll deal with it.
