We returned a previous pad by another company because the chair sunk into the pad. No problem here. The chair moves easily. We used the pad on a carpet with soft padding. We only wish that we had ordered a larger pad but that was our mistake. This one will do fine.

This chair mat needs to be thicker. My chair has large wheels but because of the thin mat I have indentations all over the mat. I don't think this will last very long plus the chair gets caught down in the indents. Sorry.

Much better than the cheaper one I had gotten from another store but the chair still made dents in the mat. Would have preferred it to be a bit more rigid but it's definitely usable. Interesting it was shipped without a box just a shipping label slapped on the mat. It's fine - less waste - just unexpected.
