I’ve only had this a few weeks but it seems durable and sized correctly. Don’t anticipate any issues.

The mat rolled out easily, and after a day of the edges being weighted down, now lays perfectly flat. So far, it appears to be sturdy. I believe a chair mat is crucial for a home office to avoid damage to home carpeting (which is often more delicate than heavy-duty industrial carpeting found in offices.

Great floor mat. Protects the carpet and looks good. Please note - it can be slippery when you have socks on, be careful!

Does a good job protecting the carpet under my computer desk. Chair glides easily on the mat.
