I was looking for a small chair mat for my home office and this one fits the bill at a good price.

The plastic is very thin and I'm leaving marks with my chair after just a few days. Also it took a real effort to get the label off the mat I needed to use rubbing alcohol and "scrub."

It works fine for me. There is no lip on it though. I didn't buy it for the lip though.
