The quality of the mat is fine. The price was reasonable. The customer service was lukewarm.

Works perfectly on my plush carpet good protection. Had to cut down the length for fit in my situation but it works well for my application.

Bought in October and by early December the mat was cracked and broken. This is with moderate use. Suggest purchasing something else which I now have to do as well.

Moved to a new home with carpeting at my desk so I purchased 2 of these mats (2 desks). The corner of one mat cracked either in opening it or during transport. I have been too busy with the move to return to Staples. I'll likely look for a more substantial replacement at that time.
