I had to replace the pad about every year They just don't hold up . The should be a little stiffer than what they are so they would last longer than 9 or10 months.

Works ok. Not as hard/stiff as I hoped. Starts out flat. Chair casters make a depression when I'm seated for a while. Thus the chair does then not roll easily to a new position.

This mat moves too easily when stepped on. It will move and possibly cause you to slip and fall.
