I LIKE THIS PRODUCT AND IT PROTECTS THE FLOOR A GREAT DEAL. THICKNESS IT ADEQUATE BUT THE COST IS VERY EXPENSE FOR A SMALL CHAIRMAT!

I AM USING THE MAT AT MY COMPUTER DESK AT HOME AND I PURCHASED IT TO PROTECT MY NEW CARPETING I JUST INSTALLED. IT MAKES MY CHAIR EASIER TO MANUEVER OVER THE CARPET.

We use this in a home office so that the chair can move easier over the carpet. It is fairly thin to the point that the mat is getting "dimples" where the chair sits.
