Does the job well. We all know that eventually these things give out and become brittle. This one seems a little thicker and a little more "flexible" so we'll see what happens in a year from now. Quite honestly these things weren't meant to last "forever" but if it lasts longer than a cheaper brand it's all good! We got this one on sale for a really good price which made it all the better!

Economical mat

How about a weight of person plus chair added to the description for more accurate useage of the mat? This was an economical mat for the low pile carpet use but I am not sure if the weight of the chair owner plus the chair will stand up to the mat's life.

Maybe they should be a little thicker

Perhaps if they were a few millimeters thicker my wheels wouldn't make dents they may end up cracking the surface. The dents sort of lock the chair in one place and makes it hard to move without some effort.

For now the chairmat suits it's purpose but it should be made more durable for the money that you pay for it.
