We bought this chairmat to put in our handicapped van to help save the carpet from being messed up and worn by the electric wheelchair. So far it's doing a great job.

We bought one from same store is very good. But this one is not good after few use can see hollows. We have the same weight and using the same chair why this happened? Unfortunately we cannot find the receipt. we never think of will need to return this product. Can I reurn it and get the better one and pay the difference?
