what a waste of money!!!

I purchased this mat in late Dec. 2013 and 5 months later it falls apart. not usable and Staples customer service says it's my responsibility to contact the manufacturer. What a big disappointment Staples!!! Do not buy this product.

A different use

I bought the Chair Mat for my bunny. I moved into an apartment that has all carpet and I wanted to be able to sweep up the hay that comes out of his cage not possible on carpet. So I purchased the above Chair Mat and it works amazingly for this purpose.

This item it great. fits perfect under my desk. It light but sterdy so I can pick it up so clean up crew can vacumm under my desk. The one I had before was thick and heavy so they would not pick up and clean

We had a large mat but it always break. It tends to crack because we have it on top of the carpet floor. I wonder if you put it on the wood floor if it will crack in to small piece usually in the middle of the mat. I didn't want to spend a lot of money that usually last few months. So far so good. I will see how long this one will last.

I wish it was thicker. I'm not sure how long it will last. It already had dents in it from my chair. It is bigger and a little thicker than my other one was. We shall see.

I needed a new mat for my desk chair and this was the mid-range by price at the local Staples store. It was wrapped in a tube and I was concerned that it might not lay flat. It did take a little to lay it out the first time but since the initial placement the mat has worked great. It doesn't move and the wheels of my chair move on it easily. It certainly is protecting the carpet because the pile does not look crushed under the map. I would recommend this to anyone seeking a mat for under their desk chair. The price was right.
