I found their web site fast easy for ordering. I found what I was looking for without stress. This item was reasonably priced and Staples even offered a coupon discount. My order qualified for free delivery which is always a pleasant benefit. I am happy with the condition of the product at delivery. I am happy with the quality of the product I ordered. The delivery service was on time and friendly.

Ordered when the weather was very cold and it was packaged and shipped in good condition and once it was allowed to come to room temp we were able to begin using.

Very hard plasic tends to get brittle crack and break into shards after about a year of chair wheel wear with 160 lb. user. Would probably wear longer if it were made of a slightly softer plastic. It's the only one carried so this is it if you need a chair mat but expect to have to replace it after about a year.

The product lays flat on the floor no rolling. We've only had it a few days but so far it is doing exactly what we wanted it to do.

It's A Chair Mat

It's just a chair mat for carpeted area by my desk. I think the price is really outrageous for the quality of the product. It's supposed to be warrantied for 1 year but it's really not that great - have had it about 2 wks and it already has deep dents where the wheels of my chair sit.

Mats were just what I wanted however the delivery is now very bad. They said they were delivered when they were not and I had to call and get them shipped again. It took almost 2 weeks for delivery. Staples used to have excellent delivery however not so much now.

I certainly am moving easier than with out it - yet my chair sinks into the plastic and still makes it difficult to move freely. I am not a heavy weight either - scale in at 185
