The product arrived unpackaged dirty with scratches and footprints. Delivery information was taped to it. It arrived a day after the promised date. It had to be cleaned but still has scratches. After a week in the house it still does not lay flat. I have always been positively impressed by Staples but this time I was so disappointed that I will think twice before purchasing again.

This item was delivered on a 95 degree day. There was no box. The item was just leaned up against the garage door. No knock on the door. Found it about 4 hours later badly contorted from the heat and sun. Put it down and after a solid week it is almost flat again. The mat itself won’t stay in place. After just an hour of use I have to move my chair and reposition despite being on a low pile rug. Horribly frustrating.

The chair mat was scratched and covered in ground dirt. It took multiple washings to remove the dirt although the scratches remain. The chair mat now works great.

I think the mat is very good quality and Staples delivery seems to be back to "fast" rather than the much delayed deliveries of last year. The only drawback I see with the mat is it constantly crawls to anything in front of it (by chair rolling over it) and has to be pulled back to keep it from warping.

Not rigid enough to keep the chair from sinking into the carpet. The ridges on the bottom are supposed to hold it in place but it still shifts around. With all the other good reviews I was hoping for more. I will be looking for another mat for my chair.

The biggest problem is that the mat continues to have folds in it. From the first day it never maintained a flat shape. I think it would have to have never been folded even gently. I tried laying it flat outside in the Florida sun on a hot day to see if I could get the curve out that it came with when first delivered. Even 90+F didn't help. Also it simply slides across my low pile rug with little effort. I regret having bought it. It's useless.
