I ordered a medium pile carpet pad turns out I needed a harder pad. My chair wheels sink into the pad. I made a fix by putting a thin sheet of plywood under it. Problem solved more or less. I find nothing wrong with the pad I only ordered the wrong one.

Great for hard floors

Almost all of the negative reviews are as a result of using on carpet. I can see where it might be an issue if you have a very thick pile. I'm using on a hardwood floor an couldn't be more pleased. I weight in excess of 250 and I haven't had any issues with depressions forming in the mat. I think on commercial carpet (which it is probably intended for) or indoor/outdoor carpet it would be fine.

Pliable but heavy-weight and does the job. Only drawback is that without "teeth" on underside mat doesn't grip the carpet & migrates instead of staying in one place.
