I needed a carpet protector for my home office so my desk chair with wheels would tear up our berber carpet. Staples had a great solution - durable large coverage and delivered in 2 days in the middle of the pandemic. Like almost everything I need for my home office I turned to Staples and was well rewarded for doing so.

I agree with other customers this mat does NOT work well on a Medium Pile carpet. It slips a lot. I had to set something heavy on one corner to keep it from rolling up against the furniture at that corner. It also sinks where the chair rollers sit if I sit in the same spot for a while. I ordered one before this one but it was too small for where I wanted it. I had trouble finding one the right size. When I saw this one I decided to give it a try but it’s not as good a quality as the previous mat that I had. I need one that is thicker and stronger and won’t slide around on the carpet. I also noticed that I wasn’t the only customer to receive the mat in a dirty condition. Not a good way to attract more sales! Oh and now the price is 10% less than it was when I purchased it. Very disappointing purchase.
