It came folded and I was concerned because it was bent but it laid flat within a few hours of rolling over it! One thing... the large label that is glued to the bottom of the mat... there's got to be a better method of putting this label on. It did not come off and unless I want to scrub it off the label shows as a huge white blob under the mat.

Instead of "nubs" spaced out underneath the mat there are "ribs" that transverse the entire mat. The mat easily shifts throughout the day.

Mat is not good for carpet. The mat has divots where the chair wheels have been which now makes it hard to move on the mat.

This mat was just the right size to fit under my desk. The back has a very low profile grooved finish that holds it in place on my carpet--it does not have the individual pointy protrusions so it will also be good for hardwood floors. I liked it so much I am buying one for my home office.
