I love the folders I have been using them and reordering them time and time again as I use them for the annual filing of paid bills organizing work-related progress reports and health records for our pets and kids' schoolwork.
I like the pocket shape and the printed front and except for one thing I find the material strong enough for my purposes: I have not yet found a way to open the side panels into the pocket shape without the weak material tearing about 1” from the bottom. It doesn’t seem to know which way it wants to open and the material is too weak to support experimentation.

Preprinted Project Jackets

I like the printed lines where I can put Dates Names and Notes. This allows me to see important information without digging in the folder. I can not write in a straight line so the preprinted lines are very important.

The Pre-printed project jackets are very weak. They are not study at all and come apart. Please get a different manufacturer... they are not good for construction work.

this product is great for a job folder

this item works perfectly for our jobs. I haa a terrific place to put notes for the men and the back cover is for nothing but notes. It is a little pricey but overall a great item.
These folders are "just what the doctor ordered" as they are sturdy strong and hold a good load of paperwork which a regular Manila file just can't handle and the additional categories on both sides of these lined folders allow the user to list a wide variety of information about it's contents i.e. the Project itself the Project Description Start & Completion Dates Contacts the Documents that are enclosed and the whole backside is for Notes so what's not to like here folks? I highly recommend them for your bigger paperwork projects!

Poor workmanship

I had to glue one side of the jacket on many of the them myself. I thought of returning them however i don't have the time to take the chance of it happening again. It would be nice if there were a product available as a Pre-Printed Project Cover Sheet made of card stock to place in front of a file of already created or files that are larger than the two inches expansion jackets that Staples offers. Our office is looking for ways to assist in organizing our filing system as we archive files dated back to 1990.
