These envelopes will not seal

I purchased a box of these envelopes numerous times thinking the glue on the first box was messed up. The second box was the same. I'm ordering from a different supplier now.

these envelopes are alway stuck together in the corners we have to insert a ruler to get them unstuck the quality is not so good.

I use these envelopes for mailing our checks out for paying bills for employee payroll etc. They are the perfect size for what we need. I was paying 2-3 times as much for these through another company and had started having to use the ones from [...] (which did not have the security lining) to bring our costs down. I was so happy to find these through Staples online!

Will never reorder these

I would not recommend these. I only purchased them because Staples was out of the ones I normally order. These must come from a damp warehouse because the flaps are partially sealed and I have to unseal them to get the check inside but the glue is such poor quality that I have to tape the envelope shut(sounds like a contradiction but it's true).

The only disadvantage of this product is that you need to seal the envelopes. The price is excellent for the product but my boss prefers to not have to dampen a seal. These will be back-up supplies.

I wish envelope descriptions would give us the distance between the bottom edge and the lower window. Our payroll checks don't quite fit well and the addresses can't be seen easily. Not many companies do but it would be very helpful when choosing the best envelop the first time.... Thanks
