Paper too heavy for normal printer

The paper is so heavy that it jams in the printer on virtually every page printed. I gave away the other two to a friend who can use it in a copy machine. Total waste of my money.

Pleasantly surprised to be approached by a salesperson while looking at the printers. Sad that these days that’s NOT something I expect. While buying a printer was not the reason I had come into the store the salesperson has some good suggestions and I will most likely return to buy a printer from Staples soon. Customer makes a difference.
