we got a cartridge that was defective and had to hire someone to figure out why our printer/Copier did not work we got a replacement but still was a lot of nuisance connected with it

For years I used 24 lb. 95 brightness paper. About a year ago the 95 b. paper became unavailable. There is little difference between 93 and 95 but place the two next to each other and the 93 looks dirty. 93 next to 98 is even worse. When producing booklets mixing brightness is noticeable. How about just producing the 24 lb. 95 brightness paper we used for years?

As good as HP or GP. Excellent for the desktop publishing work that I do. I am glad it was in stock. I would recommend this to anyone for daily printing also as it's a step up from regular 20 lb. paper. People always comment and ask what "kind" of paper I use. I love this product.
