Heavy Duty Scissors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scissors are on the larger side and feel very heavy duty. The nice thing about these is that even though they are heavy duty they are still quite light. The lightness makes them easy to handle and use. The handles are hard with no padding but they do provide ample space for the the fingers to hold them with a comfortable fit. The blades appear very sharp and cut paper very cleanly. These would be a great pair of scissors to have in the office for multiple uses!

Great Scissors for Everyday Office Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These scissors work very well for cutting paper index stock chipboard and 10 mil laminated card stock. I also used them to cut off cable ties and plastic straps from magazines and boxes. The steel blades are connected with a rivet rather than an adjustable screw and the plastic handles are comfortable but a little bit large for a woman with small hands like myself. Overall they are very good economy scissors for everyday office use.

I love that they are heavy but not to heavy sometimes you purchase scissors that are to light in the handle and make it harder to cut things. I also like that they can be used with the left or right hand. That makes them easier to purchase we don't have to buy 2 different types of scissors.

Great scissors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a pair of 8" straight blade scissors made by Tru Red. They are sharp and seem to be pretty sturdy. Our packaging department uses scissors to cut strapping so I need scissors to be durable and not flimsy. These will fit the bill.
