Great Scissors for Everyday Office Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These scissors work very well for cutting paper index stock chipboard and 10 mil laminated card stock. I also used them to cut off cable ties and plastic straps from magazines and boxes. The steel blades are connected with a rivet rather than an adjustable screw and the plastic handles are comfortable but a little bit large for a woman with small hands like myself. Overall they are very good economy scissors for everyday office use.

Excellent Scissors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tru Red 8" scissors with straight blade for left or right hand use work surprisingly well. The scissors were delivered in a sturdy package but I must admit the appearance of the scissors was not impressive. It wasn't until I took them out of the package and tried them out that I realized the first impression was deceiving. They cut very well They're thin and light-weight and the blades seem strong and are perfectly straight. What most impresses me is the smooth action of the blades. They operate more easily than the expensive name-brand scissors that I currently use. These Tru Red scissors will likely become my "go to" scissors to keep stocked in the supply cabinet.
