the chair mat does a good job of protecting my carpet. But the clerk wrapped the plastic with tape and when I unwrapped it it will not lay completely flat.

After our move I missed the old mat and could see that carpet needed protecting. Mat was same as prior purchases and will do it's job. Need a way to cut off tabs for hanging in store. I had shears so no problem but needs to be addressed
