Easy to roll chair on. Lasts a long time. Haven't had any problems with curling or cracking. Love this mat.

This mat is apparently only to be used on carpet that is 1/8" thick or less. Our mat was closer to 1/4" thick. From time of purchase till we submitted info for a warranty (less than 3 months) the mat was destroyed with huge cracks everywhere. I do not recommend this mat.

What is there to say about chair mats? They are lazy! They just lay around on the carpet all day. They do not move so you have no choice but to put your chair right on top of them. At least they don't complain! Really the bottom line is it does its job. Howver the thicker your carpet and carpet pad are the more bending the chair mat does until finally it starts to break. Of course the thicker your carpet and carpet pad are the more you need the chair mat. After all it cost a lot less to replace the chair mat than it to does to replace the carpet.

It's your average bargain mat. I don't know what lip they are talking about. There is no lip of any kind on this mat.

I bought the least expensive chair mat knowing we intended to switch from carpet to a hardwood floor in my office so I knew I would need to replace this mat at some point down the line. I like the mat that I purchased but the only minor complaint is that sometimes it shows indentations from the wheels on my chair on the mat. Other than that I'm very happy with the mat.
