I had one previously from another manufacturer that never fully uncurled and broke into a myriad of pieces -- very brittle. Love this one in comparison as it just lays there and does its job without complaint.

Staples® High Pile Carpet Chair Mat

This mat is just ok. For it being classified as for High pile carpeting I so much disagree. I think it should be rated as low pile. It does not have very long spikes or fingers to dig into the carpeting. It has very low spikes and are kind of crisscrossed. The mat itself is not dense enough for the chair with rollers that I am using on it. It needs to me a thicker vinyl. I am really not pleased with the quality of it. The size is just perfect tho. I am just not very happy with it.

Ordered it and it arrived in two days. Appears to be sturdy and quite functional. So far I would highly recommend this product.

I really hope it lasts longer that the last one I got which was a different brand. I think that a fair review of this product should be conducted after a couple of years. Durability is the only consideration for this product and I've only had it a short while.

I waited a week to comment. Blunt cleats may be friendly but don't anchor mat; needs daily adjustment. 5 chair rollers leave davits. I am not happy with this your thickest mat. I'd have returned had it been your lower grades and cheaper mats. If this cracks I will return.
