Rollers on desk chair still sinking in when in same position foreven a short time. Just buy the heavy pad from the start or asheet of plywood to put under.

The chair casters still leave a dent in surface. If you move it they “heal” but not sure of long term life. Also doesn’t appear to have longer “ spikes” for thicker carpets.

The mat was exactly what I wanted and what I ordered. It was delivered late in the day but still on time . Delivery man helped me with the mat and I am grateful because it was more then I can handle.

Was supposed to be for medium carpet. There are already dimples in the pad from the casters on the chair. I fully anticipate that I will be making a claim under the lifetime warranty. Definitely not DOF medium carpet

Put in new carpeting and computer chair would not roll on it. Added vinyl floor mat and have not had a problem since.
