Not what I expected

Mat does not stay secure on carpeted floor. I am constantly having to move and re-adjust it. It seems the backing spikes are not pointed or long enough to hold it securely in place. It is also very soft and casters cause indentations. For what it cost I expected much more.I'm Not a happy customer.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. It moves constantly so it and the carpeting look terrible. This is not what I wanted. My old one never moved but was replaced due to a crack. I would have been better off keeping the old one.

our previous mat had permanent holes in it that caused the chair to be immobile. The new mat is much harder and we anticipate that the same thing will not happen to the new mat.

I had a previous mat that started to break down getting holes in it. I knew that there was a Lifetime Warranty on the original purchase. I spoke with the folks at Staples in Mooresville NC and they were awesome in honoring the warranty. Thank You very much!

My oak desk opening was a little smaller. Had to trim a little (1/2 inch). it fits tight like i wanted. I know when I ordered it i would need to do that.
