I ordered an office chair floor mat and was notified that delivery would be next day. For the next five business days I recievd notification that the delivery was delayed and it would be delivered the next day. I was being patient. On the fifith day of no delivery I was notifed my order was cancelled and I would get a refund. I was very disappointed in this experience. I've been a regular Staples customer for many years and intentionally try to 'spread the love' by not just going straight to Amazon. In this case it did not work out well.

PERFECT SIZE FOR MY DESK AND CHAIR

I WEIGH OVER 250 LBS. WILL SEE HOW LONG BEFORE IT CRACKS AND FALLS APART.IF IT HOLDS UP FOR 5 YEARS I'll be satisfied.
