Good home office mat

Just what I expected. It's a nice mat with cleats to attach to carpet and reasonably pliable to allow for easy travel over the mat. Delivery was fast - only 2 days.

Should have read other reviews. Flimsy thin edges refuse to lay flat. Chair casters cause dents hard to move chair. Used for one day and going to take it back.

Not stiff enough for plush carpet

Not really stiff and thick enough for a normal mid-thickness pile carpet. Might be OK on berber or really short pile. If you have a mid to thick pile carpet get the thicker one. Better than the thinner ones but still not enough.

My initial reaction to this mat is very favorable. It arrived flat and had no odor at all--issues raised on some of these mats. The chair wheels do create dimples but they smooth out after the chair is moved. I have medium pile carpeting and this mat seems heavy enough. Time will tell how well it holds up.
