Ordering the chair mat online was easy. Delivery was quick - as advertised. The chair mat works well although I question whether it is intended for plush carpeting. In my work environment the mat gets indentations from the computer chair wheels. I will monitor if cracks start to form in the mat.

The mat has developed dimples where the casters of my chair get caught. Plus the mat slides around on the carpet. Would not recommend. I am very displeased with my purchase. If you had the option no stars I would have selected no stars.

After using the mat for a little while there are ruts where the wheels of my chair have set for a little while. Then the chair is stuck and it’s hard to roll out of the rut. I don’t believe this has anything to do with my carpet.

130 mil not enough to prevent dents

Product will not hold up under heavy use. OK for light use or light people. Standard chair wheels with two disks at each of five support points on plush carpeting will create permanent indentations over time. Premium chair mats are available up to 200 mil thickness. I exchanged for a bamboo mat which looks and rolls great.
