The mat arrived rolled up tightly in a box. It was difficult to unroll and required two people to finally get it down flat and under some weights. But once flat it has been a fine improvement.

This was the only chair mat to come not folded. The ones that come folded never seem to straighten out no matter what I do. This one was delivered in one day for free and came flat and works perfectly. And I had tried 3 before this.

Chair mat is good but slides on the carpet about 6 inches every week or two Needs to be reset to proper position despite the grippers on the bottom of the mat.
