I really appreciate that this product was delivered quickly and was delivered FLAT not rolled up. When they are rilled up it can be a pain to get them relax flat on the floor.

It's not thick enough for the medium-pile carpet. The wheels leave quite a dent on the mat.

Too soon for a complete review. So far it is doing the job although it dents easily but without any signs of cracks in the mat.

Mat was shipped coiled up inside a box and it took about a week of sitting on the floor with weights placed over the major bends to get it to flatten out. I had expected to see long "spikes" on the bottom of the mat to penetrate the 3/4 inch thickness of carpet plus pad and help provide support. I'm hoping that the mat is thick enough to provide that support without the longer spikes but that will take a while to see. Based on defletion at each chair roller with only about a weeks use I have my doubts. I reallly don't want to have to invoke the warranty!

I haven't had this mat for very long. About a month into using it I noticed that the plastic mat had formed indents where the casters of my chair usually sit. The casters get caught up in the indents and it has become difficult to move my chair to other parts of the mat. I'm not impressed with the mat. Oh and I weigh only 125 lbs and I have an average size office chair so I don't think I caused this problem.
