I was a little leery about ordering this because of some of the reviews. I am quite satisfied so far. There was no issue with labels not coming off or not flattening out. The nubs on the bottom are so much easier and less ouchy than others. Couldn't give it 5 stars because I don't know yet how it will hold up but so far very happy with this purchase.

I work in office about 50% of the time - chair runs on the mat. The mat totally deteriorated in about 2 years. [...]

Save your money

I have this over a thin indoor/outdoor carpet over a concrete floor and it is really to thin for smooth rolling. It is much thinner than the previous ones I had. Could not imagine using it over Berber carpet as it would be very wavy and hard to move around your chair. I would return it but frankly it's not worth the effort but if you want a good solid chair mat this it not it. Over priced for what you get. One plus is the size is good.

Chair creates deep impressions in mat

When I sit for any length of time the wheels of my chair create deep impressions in the mat and my chair gets stuck. I weigh 170. I did not have this problem with a previous mat. When I am not using the mat the impressions do fade but never completely.

I am certainly satisfied with the floor mat but the label glued on not so much. It took several different kinds of products to remove it without damaging the plastic.
