I'm using this on a very short pile carpet but within the first three or four hours of using it my chair had already created two indentations where the wheels were and it has not recovered. This is not made of good material and I would recommend something that's a little more thick and resilient

I love that this mat does not hurt your hands when it is being handled yet it easily stays in place when laid down due to the "rounded" bottom hooks.

Mat too soft

The mat is slightly better than chair rolling on the carpet. The chair sinks so low it takes effort to get wheels out of the sunken areas. I purposely spent more on this mat for what I thought would be great quality.
