Indentations Make it Hard to Move

Purchased this chair mat in February 2013 for the office. GOOD: The size covers most of the area under the desk and back far enough to reach the bookshelf. It doesn't slide around on the carpet. BAD: It quickly develops large semi-permanent indentations when a 185 lbs male is sitting in the chair. These indentations do not disappear quickly and require extra effort to move the chair from spot to spot which defeats the purpose of the mat. However it is better than trying to move the chair on the carpet.
