Won't last long

Been doing taxes for 44 years and have used quite a few floor mats. This one only lasted one year and I only weigh 130 pounds. Poor quality. Most last at least 5 years. I would not recommend this product at all - waste of money.

I really like this chair mat. So many of them are too thin that you soon have permenet indentations where the chair wheels normally sets.

Staples Delivery Service is Below Par.

This chair mat was originally scheduled for delivery on Sept. 27. Not delivered because "Unable to complete before 5PM." Rescheduled for delivery on Sept. 30 Not delivered because "Unable to complete before 5PM." Rescheduled for delivery on Oct. 1. Not delivered because "Address not found." Rescheduled for delivery on Oct. 2 and was delivered. The mat was shipped with no packaging. So it was not not damaged but was not in pristine condition because it had been hauled around uncovered on the delivery van for four days. I accepted delivery because it wasn't really damaged and I really needed it but I will think long and hard before I every order from Staples again.
