The mat wasn't rolled when delivered and had some lumps but it flattened right away. It helps my chair glide while protecting the carpet underneath as I had hoped and looks good.

Chair leaves lots of depressions in the chair mat. Seems like it's barely working. Not what I expected from a product that was 20% more than other similar products on line.

I bought this Chair Mat thinking it was made of out Berber rug so I could lay it down on my cellar floor which is just painted. To my original dismay I found out it was plastic. But giving it a try it does the trick. It laid down smoothly and firmly and it is an excellent product. It's funny how a mistake turned into the best choice. I would highly recommend this product.
