Not what I expected

First I have to say that the 48" dimension included the lip which is not what I expected. Next the mat does dimple with my 185 pound weight. If this matters to you then don't buy this mat. Spend the extra money and get a better one.

Have this primarily over an area rug that goes up to my desk and then the flap part extends under my desk which is the hardwood floor that runs throughout the whole room. My chair previously would catch on the lip where the rug met the wood floor so now that issue is solved. It worked perfectly and is a very sturdy mat.

The Chair mat itself is great but when the delivery arrived the shipping label left a terrible sticky residue on the mat that has been a huge hassle to try to clean off. Not happy about that!

So far this seems like a great product. We have had it for over a week and the chairs roll easily and it appears to be holding up well.
