I initially ordered the wrong floor mat. Called Staples to get it worked out. Was amazed at how fast friendly and convenient their handling of my exchange for the correct floor mat was! No waiting to talk to someone on the phone and the person promptly took care for my problem. Was actually wishing they would ask for feedback. Also the product was fine and in my experience Staples has incredibly fast delivery service.

45x53 Low Pile Carpet Chair Mat

This mat is thicker than the previous mat. The chair rolls easily on it. It is on a berber carpet and is perfect everything that I expected. It has been a couple of weeks since the purchase so don't know about long term use. But being thicker I expect that it will last longer than the previous mat (about 6 years). It was delivered flat i.e. not rolled into a tube. It had some slight ripples from being folded over during delivery but I let it lie flat overnight and used it the next day with no problems.

Ok but too soft.....chair rollers leave indentations in mat and it makes it hard to roll chair

[...] after year and half of use its completely cracked with holes in it. i called about the lifefime warranty and was told that i if my office chair has carpet castor wheels then there is no warranty. There was not literature with my mat when i recieved it so how would i know this? there is no literature on staples website about this either so again there is no way i would know this. But the castor wheel issue aside my mat was still cracked from the get go and just got worse over time - regardless of the type of wheels being used. any way i do not recommend this product i might check out a different brand for my replacement.
