Generally satisfied with purchase. I do have a problem with impressions causing dips in the product which interferes with rolling across product. I may have purchased the wrong pile height but I think it is right.

As I said - Time will tell. It appears to have a quality no better than those selling for half the price.My previous pad cracked when used over a carpet & pad. It was half the price of this one.

Chair mat holding up

Bought the cheaper one that I returned to get this thicker more expensive one. Chair still makes dents it but I'm able to roll out of the dent ok. Will see how this holds up. I'm not sure I'm willing to spend more money for the next level up.
