Works but not great for 3/8 in carpet

I bought this to replace another mat which after 10 years had cracked enough to be coming apart. But this one has the same sag where the wheels are and holds those sags even though it was designed for 3/8" berber carpet. I suspect it will fail quickly and until then I'll need to "work" to move my chair from wheel sag divot to wheel sag divot. But it does protect the carpet!

Received on time and in good condition. Works well but a little surprised at dents made in mat by chair. I am only 165 pounds bur large dents made when sitting in a light chair - more so than previous mats. Mat appears to even out overnight but sometimes difficult to move chair after sitting in one position for some time.

Staples delivered this mat as is so I don’t have to worry about unrolling it or deal with the smell like the old office chair mat that I bought from other online store. The quality seems good so far plus it’s easy to clean.
